모듈러 에어베어링 설계 및 설치 가이드
OAV Foil Thrust Air Bearings에는 외부 둘레를 따라 4개의 핀 슬롯이 있습니다. 베어링 하우징의 베이스 플레이트는 OAV Foil Thrust Air Bearing이 정밀 맞춤 핀으로 장착될 위치입니다.
Vacuum
1. Bearing(s) should have air supply line(s) installed and linked in their final arrangement. Seal ports not in use.
2. Clean Work Surface with alcohol.
3. Place bearing on work surface in desired position.
4. Apply Vacuum to operating air supply line.
5. Place mating assembly on top of bearing.
6. Set critical gaps with gage blocks or feeler gages if needed, and apply weight to hold in place.
7. Inject epoxy (DP 420) in ports on mating assembly to direct epoxy to mating surfaces. Stop injection just as epoxy emerges from gaps between bearing and mating assembly. Do not allow epoxy to drip to porous media and work surfaces. Wipe aways excess. Clean affected surfaces with alcohol.
8. Allow epoxy to cure per specification (DP420)
Springs
1. Mating assembly should have round depressions to receive springs. Place epoxy in depressions followed by springs. Allow epoxy to cure per specification (DP420).
2. Bearing(s) should have air supply line(s) installed and linked in their final arrangement. Seal ports not in use.
3. Clean Work Surface with alcohol.
4. Place bearing on work surface in desired position.
5. Place mating assembly on top of bearing.
6. Set critical gaps with gage blocks or feeler gages if needed, and apply weight to hold in place. Weight should be greater than applied spring forces.
7. Inject epoxy (DP 420) in ports on mating assembly to direct epoxy to mating surfaces. Stop injection just as epoxy emerges from gaps between bearing and mating assembly. Do not allow epoxy to drip to porous media and work surfaces. Wipe aways excess. Clean affected surfaces with alcohol.
8. Allow epoxy to cure per specification (DP420)
